I love a good turkey burger. I do enjoy a beef burger every once in awhile but when I do, I prefer to get a specialty one out at a restaurant. When I make them at home, I usually choose to make them with lean ground turkey. These burgers are the perfect texture, flavor and density...you won't miss the beef! Make it a filling meal by pairing it with sugar snap peas and hummus.

Most of my recipes can be easily converted by using real dairy and whole-wheat in place of my allergy-free substitutes.
