My passion is leading people to take ownership of their wellbeing to find balance in their lives by planning ahead, cooking more and eating well to support a healthy, active lifestyle. You only have one life, why not experience it to its fullest and feel good doing it? Bio
I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Exercise Sports Science and a major in Health and Fitness Management/minor in Business Administration. Once I graduated, I worked in corporate wellness, gyms and hospitals where I was continually forming connections with my clients. I realized what I really wanted to do was start my own business so I could focus on guiding people to help them change their lives. I am now a ACE certified Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist where I focus on leading others to live fulfilling and balanced, healthy lifestyles with an emphasis on cooking and outdoor adventures. I spend my free-time practicing what I preach! I love being active, especially running (road and trails), hiking, doing yoga, strength training and walking my two adorable dogs (Lola and Penny)! I also spend a lot of my time cooking and baking by experimenting with my own recipes. I am always up for new and exciting adventures. I am from Texas but have lived in Williamson County, TN for the last 10 years and recently moved to Williamson County, TX with my husband and baby where we enjoy exploring all there is to do here!

7 Day Slim Down
"Great results! The 7-day slim down program was fantastic! I had just returned from a 6-day vacation during which I indulged in some unhealthy meals and picked up 2.5 lbs. Upon my return I started the 7-day slim down regimen and lost 4 lbs total. The food in the meal plan was plentiful and delicious and could be adjusted to replace chicken/steak with fish options. I should have followed the exercise plan better than I did, but I still got great results. I plan to incorporate many of the low-sodium, low-sugar recipe concepts into my daily meals going forward. I also got the protein I needed which I often neglect. Thank you, Elena, for this wonderful and healthy program!"
