If you need a super quick, easy to throw together lunch or dinner recipe that is sure to impress - this is it! It is so easy and fast yet it tastes great, looks fancy and contains a bunch of veggies! We like to eat this several times throughout the week for lunch and usually have most of these ingredients on hand so we can throw it together if we failed to prep anything over the weekend. Add some wasabi, use a different protein or switch up the veggies to make your favorite sushi roll in a bowl! Total Time: 15 minutes
