I love making this dessert recipe for cooking demos around town. It is great because it is a dessert but has unusual, healthy ingredients and seriously tastes like cookie dough! I like encouraging participants to try new things because they never know what they might like! It always turns out amazing! Sometimes I make the recipe into balls and sometimes I make it into a dip with just a few small changes. I have been wanting to make this with raisins instead of chocolate chips and adding more oats because I love raw oatmeal cookie batter!

My recipes are encouraged for everyone to eat, not just for those with sensitivities/allergies! Most of my recipes can be easily converted by using real dairy and whole-wheat in place of my allergy-free substitutes.
