Private virtual cooking classes are the perfect way to connect with others from a distance! Working together, we will plan the best food/drink to make for your group that best suits the occasion. Classes are held via Zoom and typically are 1 - 2 hours long. I create the recipes and grocery list catered for your group so all you have to do is pick up your groceries before we get cooking!
The best part is that you're not only connecting with others and having fun, but you learn how to cook delicious AND healthy foods along the way!
So no matter if it's a birthday party with your family, a celebratory dinner with your friends, date night, teambuilding with coworkers, or even a cooking lesson for your Girl Scouts troop - I have you covered!
I work with all dietary needs so the recipes can be specialized for anyone.

I am a food loving, activity seeking health coach who resides in Franklin, TN with my husband and two sweet dogs (Lola & Penny).
I believe everyone should eat balanced and not cut food groups if you don't medically need to. All foods can fit in a healthy diet. Unfortunately, I have to avoid gluten and also limit myself with dairy, so my goal is to provide healthy, gluten-free/dairy-free recipes so EVERYONE can enjoy all foods, even if you do have to cut out certain food groups. My recipes are encouraged for everyone to eat, not just for those with sensitivities/allergies! Most of my recipes can be easily converted by using real dairy and whole-wheat in place of my allergy-free substitutes.
