I like to switch up my smoothies each week so I don’t get bored and so I can try all sorts of new fruit and vegetable combinations. Something you will realize though is that I usually use bananas in my smoothies. People always complain about cramps they get during the night or from working out and I have never had that and I believe I owe it to eating a banana every day (from the Potassium). I also like the creaminess it adds to the smoothies as well as the carbs which are helpful to fuel or recover from a workout! Servings: 1
