4 servings of eggplant pasta sauce (or your favorite tomato sauce)
2 cups grapes
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix the ground chicken, egg, oat flour and spices together until well combined. Roll into small balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil sprayed with oil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Heat up the zucchini noodles in a skillet with the pasta sauce just until warm. Add the meatballs and mix everything together before serving.
