Between July 1st and 5th, challenge yourself to run, walk, or fly like an eagle, then upload your 5k results to the leaderboard and see where you rank! Remember, you are doing this for YOU (and America) so what better way than to reward yourself with a pair of Goodr sunglasses!?
While we are still "all in this together", sometimes it's nice to do something just for yourself! You have the option to include the Goodr voucher during registration for a pair of your very own sunglasses that are perfect for runners, cyclists, golfers, beasts, and Bald Eagles or you can just race for your best time...or both...or just go for a leisurely stroll. You have earned it, do what makes you feel best!
10% of all profits will go towards Hounds for Heroes Service Dogs for Veterans. Their focus is on healing veterans and their families through programs that incorporate the powerful human-canine bond.

Anyone looking to celebrate Independence day in a different, fun, sweaty, and active way.
What is this?
A virtual 5k! Run/walk/jog/hike/fly at your own speed, wherever and whenever you can.
When is it?
Any time between Wednesday, July 1, 2020 12:00am (CDT) through Sunday, July 5, 2020 11:59pm (CDT).
Where do I participate?
Any 5k course of your choice! Road, trail, treadmill, backyard… pretty much anywhere works!
Why should I sign-up?
To treat yo' self and get ready for a weekend of socially distant, good ole American BBQ, homemade apple pie, and fireworks.
How much does it cost?
You can select to register for the 5k only ($20) or you can register for the 5k PLUS the *Goodr sunglasses voucher ($45).
*Goodr vouchers are only available to those in the U.S. and will be sent to your inbox after race week.
How do I join?

3. Start training!
4. Print your bib to wear on race day.
5. On the day of your race, record and submit your activity and a finisher's photo here between July 1, 2020 through July 5, 2020.
