Chopped Salad

Serves: 6
 
Ingredients
  • 6 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 6 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 ½ avocados, chopped
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, low or no sodium, rinsed and drained
  • 6 Tbsp Annie's Lite Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 6 oranges
 
Directions
  1. Assemble the salad ingredients together in a large bowl and toss with the dressing to coat. Split into bowls to serve.
  2. ​Serve each with an orange.
